Fairview Middle School is excited to offer our students the opportunity to participate in a wide range of Girls and Boys sports throughout the school year. We encourage all Falcons that are interested to try out for a sport during their three years at Fairview. Being part of a team creates memories that last a lifetime and teaches students important things, like learning how to win with dignity and taking a loss with pride. To participate in any FMS sport, students must:

• Complete Aktivate account
  • Current physical uploaded to Aktivate that has been reviewed and approved by the Athletic Director
  • Select all sports, clubs, activities, and grade level of the student on Aktivate
• Minimum 2.0 GPA the quarter or semester prior to the sport beginning. 
• Cannot turn 15 before August 1st, 2025
