Fairview Athletics 

Fairview Middle School is excited to offer our students the opportunity to participate in a wide range of Girls and Boys sports throughout the school year. We encourage all Falcons that are interested to try out for a sport during their three years at Fairview. Being part of a team creates memories that last a lifetime and teaches students important things, like learning how to win with dignity and taking a loss with pride. Fairview offers the following athletic programs as recognized by the Leon County School District:

Participation Fees for Home Education and Private School Students

In accordance with Leon County Schools Board Policy 2431, eligible home education and private school students who choose to participate in a Leon County Schools athletic team or performing arts program are required to pay the applicable participation fee for each sport and/or activity in which they participate.

The participation fee shall be the greater of:

• $400.00 per sport and/or activity, or
• The participation fee established for enrolled Leon County Schools students participating in that same sport or activity.

Only one participation fee will be assessed per sport or activity. Students will not be charged both amounts.

All participation fees are paid directly to the school where the student participates.
